Taste Like Cream Cheese with That Custardy Vibe

This cake turns out soft and creamy kinda like a mix between a light cream cheese dessert and a Portuguese egg tart. The tangy sweetness from the cherries takes it to another level. It’s light, satisfying, and you won’t believe it only has around 314 calories for the whole thing.

QnA

Q: Can I add more sugar?
A: Yup! If you have a sweet tooth, go for 4 tablespoons. For a slightly sweeter version, 2–3 tablespoons will do. Just keep in mind that some brands of sugar are sweeter than others, so adjust to your taste.

Q: Can I use a different fruit?
A: Totally. Mango, strawberries, or banana work great too. Just avoid fruits that are super watery, as they might mess with the texture.
